Volunteer

Be a part of Oakaloosa! There are a number of volunteer opportunities, including:

• set-up and tear down,
• catering and beverage operations,
• information and greeters,
• production,
• box office/will call,
• stage operations and merchandise.

There are three, five-hour shifts throughout the day beginning at 10 a.m. and ending at 1 a.m. Interested volunteers should email [email protected] with desired position(s) and shift(s).

If you would like to be a vendor at this year’s festival, please fill out the Oakaloosa 2013 vendor application and mail it to us. All the information is on the form.

Community Relations

Oakaloosa supports positive service projects in Detroit and is dedicated to building a festival of community engagement. That’s why we’re hosting non-profit organizations at the event, to spread awareness of their initiatives. At the festival, there will be a designated area where patrons can learn about organizations and volunteer opportunities. If interested in being a part of the festival or for volunteer opportunities, please contact the Community Relations team.
